Server help please

Iv got a server going on CS2D BUT its only being showed in the LAN section i want it to be shhowed in the master server list, MY server.cfg has been set to lan_0 ( means not in lan ) and im useing port number 36963 for both UDP and TCP (so i got to of them) and then i got 27960 as UDP and TCP as well( basicly i did that so it should work and be shown on the master serverlist) BUT nope it aint on there only being showed in lan

Please help me anyone please please PLEASEE
